New Construction Windows

When your project starts with exposed framing, you need a window engineered for that and not adapted to it. We design, manufacture, and install custom new construction windows that are built to your project’s exact specifications. Each of our windows is compliant with California’s Title 24 Energy Standards, and backed by a No-Fine-Print Lifetime Warranty.

Why Factory-Direct Custom Manufacturing Matters for New Construction Projects

Most window companies source their products from third-party manufacturers, apply a markup, and coordinate installation through crews who had no involvement in the product’s design or production. This separation between the people who build the window and the people who install it is so common in the industry that many homeowners and contractors accept it as the default.

We do not operate that way.

All of the custom vinyl windows that we sell, we build and install ourselves, from the same facility, under our own quality controls. That way, we can always provide the best windows customized to our clients’ needs.

Quarter-Inch Precision and Custom Configurations That Big-Box Stores Cannot Offer

Our vertically integrated process lets us manufacture each window to your project’s exact rough opening dimensions with quarter-inch precision.

We never force standard windows into custom openings, ensuring a precise fit that improves energy efficiency and prevents gaps.

This approach benefits custom homes, room additions, and unique architectural projects where standard window sizes cannot meet the design requirements.

Big-box retailers carry fixed dimensions that may be close to your project’s needs but are rarely exact. Our factory-direct process accommodates the full spectrum of architectural configurations, including geometric shapes, arched frames, and multi-light assemblies, because we control the extrusion and fabrication process from raw material to finished unit.

Every frame, sash, and nailing fin is produced using solid uPVC vinyl extrusions engineered specifically for the California climate. Your contractor and our installation team receive a product built for your project, not a generic product adapted to it after the fact.

Engineering for the California Climate: Energy Efficiency and Title 24 Compliance

California’s Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards represent some of the most demanding fenestration requirements in the country.

Every new construction project requiring a building permit,  across Los Angeles County, Orange County, the San Jose metro area, the Bay Area, and communities throughout the state,  must demonstrate that windows meet specific performance thresholds covering solar heat gain, air infiltration, and thermal resistance.

These are not optional guidelines. These code requirements are reviewed during permitting and verified through inspection. Our new construction windows meet Title 24 requirements

uPVC Extrusions, Dual-Pane Low-E Glass, and Argon Gas: Engineered to Perform in Every California Microclimate

Every window we produce features solid uPVC vinyl extrusions,  a material that offers inherently low thermal conductivity and resists expansion, contraction, and UV degradation across California’s range of coastal, inland, and high-desert conditions.

Solid uPVC does not transfer heat the way metal-clad frames do, which meaningfully reduces thermal bridging through the frame itself and keeps the insulating system performing consistently across seasons.

Each unit incorporates dual-pane Low-E glass with argon gas fills between the panes. The Low-E coating reflects infrared energy and reduces solar heat gain, which is particularly critical in inland communities across Los Angeles County, the San Joaquin Valley, and inland areas of Orange County where sustained summer temperatures place continuous pressure on residential cooling systems.

Argon gas, an inert, colorless, odorless fill that is denser than air, slows thermal energy transfer through the insulating glass unit, improving the overall U-factor of the assembly.

Together, these components allow our windows to achieve the U-factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient values required under current California energy code for residential new construction.

The Architectural Styles and Customization Options Available

A new construction window is one of the most architecturally visible components of any home.

The style you choose shapes the character of both the interior and exterior in ways that paint, fixtures, and finishes rarely match. Each project has its own requirements, and our product range is structured to meet them.

We manufacture a wide range of window styles because builders, architects, and homeowners across California are working across an enormous spectrum of design contexts, from craftsman bungalows in Pasadena and mid-century modern residences in the Hollywood Hills to newly constructed homes in San Jose subdivisions and custom oceanfront builds along the Orange County coastline.

From Casement and Double-Hung to Geometric Shapes and Liquid Wood Finishes

Our new construction window line includes casement windows, double-hung windows, single-hung windows, sliding windows, bay configurations, and specialty geometric shapes ,  including circles, trapezoids, and custom multi-sided forms that function as architectural focal points rather than standard fenestration openings.

We manufacture each style in a range of sizes and configure it to meet your project’s specific ventilation, egress, and aesthetic requirements—without compromise.

Finish options extend well beyond standard white or tan vinyl. Our proprietary Liquid Wood finish is applied directly to the vinyl extrusion and produces the visual depth and warmth of natural wood grain without any of the susceptibility to rot, swelling, cracking, or periodic refinishing that real wood demands over time.

For clients who value the appearance of wood but require the durability, thermal performance, and long-term stability of vinyl, Liquid Wood delivers that combination without trade-offs. We also manufacture with grid patterns, obscure glass treatments, and a range of hardware finishes, giving each project a cohesive design identity from the first window to the last.

The reviews our customers share consistently highlight the visual quality of our completed installations as one of the most noticeable improvements to their homes.

The New Construction Window Installation Process: Why Precision Matters

Installing a new construction window is not simply a matter of setting a unit into a rough opening and securing the nailing fin. The installation sequence has a direct and lasting impact on the structural integrity of the wall assembly, the effectiveness of the building envelope, and the long-term performance of the window itself.

Skipping installation steps or changing their order can cause water intrusion, air leaks, and window performance problems over time.

We treat installation as a technical process with a defined sequence, not as a task completed on the fly.

Waterproofing, Flashing Integration, and Moisture Barrier Sequencing

Our in-house installation teams follow a specific sequence to fully integrate the nailing fin window into the new construction wall assembly. They verify each rough opening is plumb, level, and square before setting the window, protecting long-term frame alignment and sash operation.

Next, they fasten the nailing fin to the framing and shim the unit to maintain consistent clearance across all sashes and hardware contact points.

Then, they apply flashing tape over the nailing fin on all four sides.  They install sill pan flashing first, directing any water that penetrates the outer cladding away from the wall cavity.

Housewrap or moisture barrier is then lapped and integrated with the flashing system before any exterior cladding is applied. This sequencing is what separates a properly weatherproofed installation from one that will allow water to track behind siding and reach the framing,  a failure mode that rarely surfaces immediately but can result in significant structural damage over time.

Because we handle both manufacturing and installation in-house, there is no handoff between a product team and a separate subcontracted crew. The same people who build our windows install them on your project.

That continuity reduces installation errors and ensures our team handles future maintenance with complete knowledge of your installation.

Maximizing Investment: The Lifetime Warranty Behind Every New Construction Window

A new construction window is a long-duration investment in the structure, comfort, and performance of a home. Unlike surface finishes that show wear or mechanical systems that require periodic replacement, a properly manufactured and installed vinyl window is designed to remain in service for the life of the building.

That means the window is sealed, functional, and thermally effective for decades without significant performance degradation. This durability is not incidental. It results directly from the material choices, manufacturing precision, and installation methods we apply to every project.

The window itself is only part of the investment. What backs it matters equally.

High-Security Locking, Soundproofing, and Our No-Fine-Print Lifetime Warranty

Every window we produce includes high-security multipoint locking mechanisms that meet or exceed current residential security standards.

These mechanisms engage at multiple contact points along the frame rather than at a single pivot point, making forced entry substantially more difficult and providing a more complete weather seal when the window is in the closed and locked position.

Our windows also deliver meaningful soundproofing performance. The dual-pane insulating glass unit, combined with the airtight seal created by solid uPVC frames and precision flashing integration, attenuates exterior noise across a broad frequency range.

For homeowners situated near arterial roads, commercial corridors, or transit routes, this acoustic performance contributes significantly to the comfort of interior living spaces.

We back every new construction window we manufacture and install with our No-Fine-Print Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers the window unit, the glass seal, and the installation work itself.

Our warranty includes no hidden exclusions, home sale restrictions, or service fee requirements. When we make a lifetime commitment, it applies to the product and the work without conditions.

What is a New Construction Window?

A new construction window is a window unit designed to be installed at the framing stage of a build, before exterior cladding, sheathing, or siding is applied. Unlike a replacement window, which is inserted into an existing finished opening, a new construction window is built to integrate directly with the structural skeleton of a home or addition.

The Anatomy of a Nailing Fin Window

Every new construction window we manufacture features a nailing fin, also called a nailing flange, which is a thin perimeter extension that wraps the outer edge of the window frame. This fin overlaps the exposed framing studs and attaches directly through the sheathing to the wall framing.

From there, housewrap, moisture barrier, and exterior cladding layer over the fin in sequence, creating a weathertight assembly that keeps water out and structural loads exactly where they belong.

The nailing fin serves multiple functions simultaneously. It anchors the window securely without relying solely on the rough opening for structural support. It provides a mounting surface that aligns precisely with industry-standard waterproofing systems.

New construction windows are ideal for projects with exposed framing, including new homes, additions, and structural renovations. Proper installation integrates windows into the building envelope, ensuring lasting performance and protection throughout the home’s lifespan.
