We originally reached out to this company because we wanted triple-pane windows installed in our primary bedroom to help with soundproofing as we live near a busy street with motorcycles that love to rev up their engines in the middle of the night. We got quotes from 2 other companies and CDW was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. We received quotes for Milgard windows which ended being cheaper than CDW but we decided to move forward with CDW and Dennis after learning about the warranty differences. It took about 8 weeks for our windows to be manufactured and installed, and wow the sound difference has been amazing. Our room is noticeable quieter and much more comfortable. A huge shoutout to Dennis - my wife and I both felt that he was very honest and transparent. He walked us through the pricing in detail, never pressured us, and made sure we understood all our options. The 2 gentleman that came to install our windows were very respectful of our home and kept things very clean. When they finished- it was as if they were never even there! We liked them so much, we had them come back to do more windows in our house. Highly recommend!Posted on Yelp

Lewis W.9 March 2025I was very surprised to see that CDW only had a 3.9 rating. They installed 8 windows in my house and did an excellent job. Their warranties are fantastic. I had 2 warranties done for a window with no hassle from them . Even on an item that I caused the failure on . Even the the guy ( I think his name was Jose ) that came out to look at the issues of the warranty window was fantastic. Their work and warranty is so good, that I had them replace 5 windows in my office building. Dealing with their salesman ( Edward ) is a pleasant experience. He is not pushy and he knows his windows. He also explained the false warranties that other companies use. Read the warranties from your window company before you buy.Posted on Yelp

Although I had a different crew install this phase which made me a little apprehensive the process was just as smooth thank you CDW I finally have my house looking exactly how I always envisioned excellence is hard to find but you guys have proven you can provide it not once but twice now!Posted on Yelp

Esteban T.1 August 2024I came across CDW at a home show; where I met Chad. He scheduled me for a free in-home estimate. The estimate was reasonable and fair. A measurement appointment was then scheduled, which was done quickly and efficiently. Once the windows were manufactured, I was able to schedule the installation around my schedule. The CDW crew showed up and quickly went to work. They took care of business and installation was completed in one day. They were proficient, clean, and professional. As of this writing, I did notice the vast improvement in how the windows affect the general temp inside the house! My apologies on the names of the installation crew and the measurement gentleman. Rob B.16 July 2024Me and the wife have wanted our patio enclosed for quite some time now and came across an advertisement on the radio for california deluxe windows, upon a meeting with Dennis we were clearly informed on the quality of their windows along with specific install methods , after rounding up a few quotes we decided to go with CDW not only for their fair pricing but also for the glaring difference in quality, that being said we went forward with them on this project , and grateful to do so, they had the quickest turn around on our job in comparison to other quotes we had received , although there were hiccups along the way the project was completed in 8 weeks from the time we signed the contract to the point of completion all in all we are very satisfied with our new patio enclosure it has made our balcony into an actual usable living space, from the stucco work to the windows and french door to the trimming and finish work I don't think we could've expected more from them. They left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived and left me no work to complete a total one stop shop! PS the hiccups were mostly due to the sealing up of my balcony which they helped me get waterproofed going above and beyond their responsibilities of doing so. Ty CDWPosted on Yelp
Sean Z.25 April 2024We recently replaced three windows. The windows' quality is good. The windows have better soundproof. While one of them has a visible weather strip after installation, it's not as satisfying as the other ones. But in terms of functionality, it's not a big deal. However, the services are not very good. Right after the crew left, we noticed that one side of the window blinds had dropped in one of the rooms. After taking down the window blinds completely, we found that the wall had been damaged due to the crew adding new screws during installation. New screws are added next to the old drilling hole, damaging that area severely so that area couldn't support the weight of the blinds and leading to the drop. The sad thing is, the crew didn't mention this issue. They just left. We also checked the other room, it also has different degrees of wall damage. We emailed the customer service lead. We received no response after several days. It appears that we'll need to spend extra money to repair the walls. Update: They sent another crew Tony to fix these issues within one week. They repaired the damaged wall and reinstalled the window blinds. I would like to update my review to reflect their quick response and satisfactory resolution.Posted on Yelp
Rh G.22 January 2024We had our central patio french doors and living room windows replaced. The patio doors were leaking. Christian and Stephen did a fantastic job installing. Answered our questions and kept the work area clean. Very respectful of keeping their throw rugs in place so their shoes or equipment would not stain our carpets. Carlos did a great follow up visit with little things that needed addressing. I feel like we paid a lot, but hopefully, these windows will last a lifetime.Posted on YelpYumin Y.5 June 2023After several weeks of watching different windows companies go through their dog and pony show of upselling all their products and services, it was refreshing to meet Chad who really understood what we needed and more importantly, what we didn't. He took the time to examine the source of the leaks with our windows and advise us which windows had to be replaced vs which ones could probably wait a little longer. Additionally, Chad went above and beyond in helping us find other contractors in other trades to address additional issues we had around the house, checking in with us regularly even after he "made the sale" on our windows, with nothing to gain for himself other than closing the books on what we needed. When it came time to replace our windows, Jose and the crew were punctual, polite, and thorough in their work. When Jose saw that we had some additional issues, he offered to perform the extra work on the same day at a very reasonable cost and got everything done before the end of the day. All in all, CDW was a pleasure to work with - straightforward and salt-of-the-earth people. Will definitely be reaching out when the time comes to address the remaining windows.
