The customer service was first rate, very patient. My HOA was ridiculously slow with approving the project (submitted 8/2020, approved 01/21). The installation crew was amazing, very professional, wearing masks; informative at each step. Answered all my questions. They cleaned each area as they went along.
My patio door (over 10ft.) and all my windows look marvelous.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about CDW windows. From start to finish, they have been available for us for immediate answers we needed to finish our project. Not only do they have excellent customer, service their windows are absolutely beautiful! We finished the front windows of our home, we are looking forward to doing our back windows in the future.
I've never worked with a company that have built their business on providing the best service from the sales staff, back office and management , and installers. Great experience overall.

We finally had our French Doors replaced on our 80+ year old house. I was skeptical with any window installer as I have had a bad experience before. We had CDW come by and give us a quote. The sales person really new his product, showed us all the features that were not on most window/door systems out there, then he stated that all the windows/door assemblies are made right here in Santa Clara, and that they have their own installers (!), installation was not contracted out as every other Window suppliers do. Everything was done very efficiently, from initial measuring to the quick and clean installation. Sure it costs a few bucks more, but not having any problems with the windows or the install is worth it. And the Doors came out beautiful plus they seal out all the weather and sound! I am a Satisficed customer.

From the sales to the installation of a window that was much needed in our Kitchen THEY were perfect !!! Communication was on point, showed up when they said they would and maintained cleanliness throughout.
